These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VicSports website at Vic-Sports.com and any related services offered by VicSport Ltd ("VicSports", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use VicSports and make a purchase. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase a ticket through VicSports, you are entering into a contract with VicSport Ltd for the supply of that ticket. The following conditions apply to all ticket purchases:

• All tickets are sold subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Prices displayed are inclusive of all VicSports service fees unless otherwise stated. Venue booking fees and taxes may apply in addition, and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
• Once a booking is confirmed and payment processed, you will receive a booking confirmation to your registered email address. This serves as proof of purchase.
• All tickets are non-transferable to third parties without prior written consent from VicSports.
• VicSports guarantees the authenticity of all tickets sold. Each ticket is sourced directly from official distributors or venues.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organiser and not rescheduled, VicSports will provide a full refund of the ticket price within 14 business days of the cancellation announcement.
• Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
• Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, refunds are subject to the following schedule: more than 30 days before the event — 80% refund; 14–30 days before the event — 50% refund; fewer than 14 days before the event — no refund unless the event is cancelled or postponed.
• VIP Packages: VIP hospitality packages have a 30-day cancellation window for a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event for VIP packages due to the advance preparation required.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to VicSport@proton.me with your booking reference number.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use VicSports for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Reselling tickets at a price above face value ("ticket touting") without written authorisation from VicSports.
• Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with our website.
• Attempting to purchase tickets under false or fraudulent pretences.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security features of the website.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Vic-Sports.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of VicSport Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VicSports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant tickets or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction (including New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986).

9. Privacy

Your use of VicSports is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described in those policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of VicSports after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
